With every merchandise order at prada-beauty.us, you have the opportunity to receive up to 2 free samples of your choice. You can view the selection of available samples during checkout. After you have selected up to 2 samples, your samples will be automatically added to your shopping bag. If your order is not completed during this visit, the samples will be removed from your shopping bag and may no longer be available. Due to the limited nature of the free samples, we regret that we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order. Substitutions will be made for out of stock samples. Only one of each sample can be added per order. These products and gifts are not redeemable for cash. If you do not wish to receive any sample, you may proceed without choosing samples and go directly to checkout.
prada-beauty.us delivers to all addresses and PO boxes within the contiguous 48 states (including MPOs and APOs). Limited overnight delivery options are available to some addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to international addresses is currently not available.

Orders are prepared almost immediately once they are submitted. Prada Beauty welcomes returns within 60 days of the original purchase date. Please follow the instructions under "How do I make a return or exchange?" below.

To return a product purchased on prada-beauty.us simply follow the directions below:

1. Complete the return form attached to the bottom of your invoice, filling in the information requested (please include your name, email address, order number and item number along with the reason for return).
2. Peel off the Return Address Label and place it on the outside of the box.
3. Carefully pack item(s) to be returned into the original box, if possible. Please include the completed return form and seal the box.

We wish to ensure your complete satisfaction every time you shop at prada-beauty.us. We will gladly accept the return of any item purchased on prada-beauty.us within 60 days of purchase. - Item(s) must be returned to us in original packaging, with all accessories, within 60 days of the shipping date.
- Returned packages must be returned prepaid. Please note we are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Refunds are made to the original form of payment, with the exception of e-Gift Cards, in which case a new electronic Gift Card will be emailed to the original recipient.
- E-Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned for credit.
- If the returned item is part of a Set, all products in the Set must be returned.
- Please be careful and check the message of your engraved bottle (spelling and icons) carefully before adding the product to your shopping bag and processing payment. Engraved bottles cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All Prada perfumes, ancillaries and accessories are initially inspired by the creator himself. He provides the creative impulse, then follows up on each project, giving each creation his easily recognizable style and absolute desire for perfection.
They all contain a concentrate of perfume, with alcohol and water. The different terms correspond to the quantity of perfume in the concentrate as a percentage, as follows: 16% to 25% for "Parfum"; 11 to 15% for an "Eau de Parfum"; 6% to 10% for an "Eau de Toilette"; and 3% to 4% for an "Eau de Cologne".
Prada Cologne is a universal fragrance that can be used by both men and women. It is inspired from the original colognes dating to the 14th century, which were known for their miraculous virtues.
The raw materials used in the composition of Prada Cologne play an essential role in the olfactory durability of this creation. Its concentration (10 degrees as opposed to the traditional 5 degrees in a classic Eau de Cologne) also adds to its exceptional presence. The result is a persistent accord, a harmonious balance between freshness and energy, as well as a sensation of cleanliness and sensuality.

You need an account to create a wishlist. To add any product(s) to your wishlist, just click the "Add to Wishlist" icon in the relevant product page. You will be brought to your wishlist, where the item will be added. You can choose to configure a public or private wishlist. You may share the list by e-mail with family and friends, or you can choose to keep it to yourself in your account.

The manufacturing of our perfumes is controlled by the quality criteria of the Haute Parfumerie Française. These are extremely strict controls of the raw materials, the fragrance itself, and the packaging.

Our consumer's health and safety have always been an absolute priority for L'Oreal. As is the support of animal welfare.
L'Oreal has developed a very rigorous safety evaluation procedure of its products, backed by Research. Well before the question of animal testing was raised by civil society or within a regulatory framework, L'Oreal has been committed to new methods of assessing safety that doesn't involve animals. A true pioneer, L'Oreal has been reconstructing human skin models in laboratories to elaborate in vitro safety tests since 1979, as an alternative to animals. In 1989, L'Oreal completely ceased testing its products on animals, thus 14 years before the regulation required so. Today, L'Oreal no longer tests its ingredients on animals and no longer tolerates any exception to this rule.
Certain health authorities may nevertheless decide to conduct animal tests themselves for certain cosmetic products, as it is still the case in China. L'Oreal has been the most active company working alongside the Chinese authorities and scientists for over 10 years to have alternative testing methods recognized, and permit the cosmetic regulation to evolve towards a total and definite elimination of animal testing. Thanks to this, since 2014, certain products manufactured and sold in China like shampoo, body wash or make-up are no longer tested on animals.
